Email a Consignor Contract From an Account


You can email any of your consignors their contract as long as you have your email setup with Liberty REACT.

1.Open any account you have already created a consignor contract for.





2.Click on Tasks > Contracts





3.Click the Email Contract button.




4.Then the Email Client Contract window will appear. Ensure the consignors Sent To email is correct, and then you may edit the Subject and Message fields if desired. Once done, click OK  to send the email to the consignor.






Important: When editing the Message field, be sure not to alter or remove the pre-generated link, as this is the download link for the consignor to obtain emailed Contract.
