The price in the listing is either invalid or below the minimum price of $0.01

This sync error indicates that the price for the item in the Ref column is either an incorrect numeric format, or is below the minimum price required by the online marketplace. This can be resolved by adding a valid price to the referenced item’s listing in the Listing Manager.

Ebay Token Expired

This sync error indicates that the ebay token for the indicated user has expired, and must be reauthorized. This can be done in the Listing Manager by going to Settings > Options > Ebay Accounts, then selecting the referenced account in the account list and clicking Authorize.

Order Appears to be empty

This sync error indicates that the referenced order number came down with no items into the Listing Manager. To address this, contact Resaleworld Support via a support ticket through the Resaleworld Support Widget, my.resaleworld.com, or by calling 800-785-4800, and a technician will reach out once available.

Condition is required for this category

This sync error indicates that the Condition for the Ebay listing in the Ref column is not set, and is required for the Ebay Category for that item’s listing. To fix this, double-click on the sync error in the list, then in the Maintain Listing tab for that listing click on the eBay Info. tab. From there, you will need to set a Condition from the drop-down for the listing, then click Save, then reattempt syncing the item to eBay.

The duration “GTC” day(s) is not available for this listing type, or invalid for category

This sync error indicates that the listing in the Ref column requires a duration to be set, per eBay’s policies for that eBay Category. To fix this, double click on the sync error in the list, then in the Maintain Listing tab for that listing click the eBay Info tab. Then using the Duration drop-down, select a duration other than “GTC” and then click Save. From there, you will need to reattempt syncing the item to eBay.
