====== Assign an In-Store Reward Plan to an Existing Customer ======

  - In Liberty Inventory, Lookup the [[accountmanagement1:lookupaccount|account]] and double click to open it. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4007.png|NewItem4007.png}}
  - The Account Details screen will display. Select the **Purchases** tab. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4005.png|NewItem4005.png}} \\ The **Purchases** tab will open. Information about the **In Store Rewards Plan** is displayed to the right. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4004.png|NewItem4004.png}}
  - To add a customer to an **In Store Rewards Plan**, click the **Edit** button. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4003.png|NewItem4003.png}} \\ The **Maintain Rewards Plan** dialog box will open. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4002.png|NewItem4002.png}}
  - Click the Plan dropdown menu and select a plan to add to the account. See [[pos1:overview:rewardsplansetup|Rewards Plan Setup]] for details on how to set up an In Store Rewards Plan. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4001.png|NewItem4001.png}}
  - Enter the **Member ID** number \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4000.png|NewItem4000.png}} \\ Note: The **Rewards Plan** numbers can start with any number. It is up to the store to come up with their own numbering system. Some suggestions might be to use the last digits of a Social Security number or the account number as the rewards number. \\ If you try to use a number that has been assigned to another account, you will get the following error. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3999.png|NewItem3999.png}}
  - If points need to be added or removed, use the up and down arrows or type in the amount you wish to add or subtract. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3998.png|NewItem3998.png}}
  - Click the **OK** button when done. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3997.png|NewItem3997.png}}

You will see the **Rewards Plan** information if successful.

===== Adding A Customer To A Rewards Plan At The Point Of Sale =====

  - From the Point Of Sale select the **Customer** button. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3995.png|NewItem3995.png}}
  - Search for the account and double click on it. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3994.png|NewItem3994.png}} \\ This will add the customer to the Point Of Sale Transaction. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3993.png|NewItem3993.png}}
  - Select the **Edit** button to add the customer to a **Rewards Plan**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3992.png|NewItem3992.png}} \\ The Point Of Sale **Edit Account** details dialog box will display. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4008.png|NewItem4008.png}}
  - Select the **Rewards Plan** dropdown menu and select the rewards plan you wish to add the customer to. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3990.png|NewItem3990.png}}
